吸收萘的方法大致有三種

吸收萘的方法很多,一般采用焦油洗油吸收,洗油的性質(zhì)如下表所示。吸收萘的方法大致有下列三種,下面精萘廠家為您分析:

(一)吸收法
(1) Absorption method
用洗油吸收煤氣中的萘,再將富萘油蒸餾,除萘后的洗油循環(huán)使用。根據(jù)富萘油的蒸餾方式可以分為以下三種:
Absorb naphthalene from gas with washing oil, then distill the naphthalene rich oil, and recycle the washing oil after removing naphthalene. According to the distillation methods of naphthalene rich oil, it can be divided into the following three types:
(1)側(cè)線切出法。
(1) Side cut method.
將富萘油與洗苯富油同時(shí)在一個(gè)蒸餾塔內(nèi)蒸餾,從塔的側(cè)線切出萘餾分。這種方法建設(shè)投資低,但是萘餾分中含萘量低,洗油損耗大。
Distill the naphthalene rich oil and benzene washing rich oil simultaneously in a distillation tower, and cut the naphthalene fraction from the side line of the tower. (2)兩段蒸餾法。

采用兩個(gè)蒸餾塔蒸餾,從第一塔的塔頂取出萘-苯餾分,塔底取出洗油。這種方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,切出的萘餾分含萘高。

(3)單獨(dú)蒸餾法洗。

萘富油不與洗苯富油混合,而采用單獨(dú)蒸餾的方法。蒸餾采用(2)項(xiàng)的兩段蒸餾法。這種方法建設(shè)費(fèi)用高、占地面積大。但這個(gè)方法的大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是腐蝕成分集中在萘蒸餾部分,這樣可降低苯蒸餾部分的材質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

This method has high construction costs and a large floor area. But the major advantage of this method is that the corrosive components are concentrated in the naphthalene distillation section, which can reduce the material standard of the benzene distillation section.
(二)冷卻法
(2) Cooling method
在冷卻煤氣的同時(shí)使萘析出,并與冷卻水一同流出,往冷卻水中混入焦油,吸收水中的萘,然后靜置分離出冷卻水。水在涼水架冷卻后循環(huán)使用。
While cooling the gas, naphthalene is precipitated and flows out together with the cooling water. Tar is mixed into the cooling water to absorb the naphthalene in the water, and then the cooling water is separated by standing still. The water is recycled after being cooled in a cooling rack.
這個(gè)方法的大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不要蒸餾裝置,建設(shè)費(fèi)用約為前述方法的一半,并且不必?fù)?dān)心因腐蝕而中斷操作。在處理萘比較麻煩的冬季,因水溫低;煤氣冷卻的幅度可增大,所以效率也提高。能夠大大改進(jìn)維護(hù)檢修。但是,采用型式的涼水架冷卻循環(huán)水時(shí),會(huì)污染環(huán)境,如果是換熱器,則擔(dān)心堵塞管子,尤其作為動(dòng)力,每小時(shí)需消耗幾噸蒸汽,所以操作費(fèi)增高些。

This method is a further development of the B cooling method, which uses tar or heavy oil instead of cooling water to directly spray gas and absorb naphthalene. The tar and heavy oil that absorb naphthalene can be used as fuel oil without any problems, but the naphthalene removal efficiency of this method is lower than that of the previous two methods.
